I have literally thousands of hours swim teaching under my belt (and still going), and have seen enough little terrors and amazing swimmers to last for many years to come. Swim teaching isn’t about teaching by the book, it’s about teaching to the swimmer, to get the best out of their abilities. Not every person, young or old, will be an Olympic champion, and that’s ok.

4 lesson plans for your choice of stroke, from Baby and Toddler, to the upper stages.

12 week block – beginner stages.

12 lesson plans for all strokes (3 plans of each) suitable from ducklings to stage 2.
