Swimming Prep For Events & Competitions Plan


I help swimmers increase their speed and/or endurance for events and competitions through pool and land-based training, also incorporating a diet to fuel the improvement.

Whether it’s for swimming in general, or as part of a competition, like a triathlon, an Ironman, or other swimming event, let’s get you prepped for it!



In the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and how we can achieve them.

You can choose between the “One-off – Just the Fitness” plan where I provide you with a nutrition plan, plus guides and tips, to see you through for the next one to two months; or you can choose the “Full – Just the Fitness” plan which is a monthly payment where we regularly discuss your plan, progress you’ve made, and make any changes to fully support you on your way to your goals.  Plus, with the full plan, you will also have a discount in the Wellness Shark shop.
