I talk to a lot of people about what they want, and get the typical responses in return: 

“I want to lose weight”…..”I want to be healthier”…..”I want some help with a big decision I have”

But then I ask:

“What is it you need though?”  Think about that for a minute…  

You may want to lose weight and you’ve tried the gym or online workouts but it’s not working; maybe what you need is a fitness program specifically for you.

You may want to be healthier; but maybe what you need is a nutrition plan to help you sort out the good from the bad – foods as well as eating habits.

You may want help with a decision; but maybe what you need is an improved mindset on your lifestyle in general.

In the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and how we can achieve them.

All plans (except the Basic Shark Coaching) come with an optional basic nutrition guide to keep your food choices positive (as what we eat is massively important!), a Wellness Shark top, sports bottle and a discount to the Wellness Shark Shop.

I discovered Beachbody 18months ago and haven't looked back - no more gym for me! I love the variety and quality of all the workouts. From beginner to fitness guru, there is something for everyone. My husband and I workout together, early in the morning and we’ve tried loads of the Beachbody programmes. I'm 45 and what's important to me now in my fitness journey is poles apart to what was important 20years ago. Now I want strength and flexibility as well as cardio endurance. Whenever we don’t know what programme to do next we turn to Laura who’s a walking Beachbody encyclopaedia and has tons of great encouragement and knowledge to share. I have more abs than my teenagers these days AND I can do military push ups for the first time in my life!!

I started with Core de Force, which I think I started on quite a tough program was amazing though loved it. I finished it now & am on #mbf which I do find easier but its also more weight based - I do love the team on the zoom on there it cheers me up to see other people even though its recorded it trixks my mind to thinking im being social at the same time 😁 I've decided each new program I'll chop an change from cardio to weight based so I stay toned as it's made a massive difference to my figure & I now have to go shopping again because my 10 size jeans no longer fit 😆 which has not happened in about 10 years or more.
