Nutrition and lifestyle play a much bigger role in health, healing, and medicine than they get credit for! This is not about a fad or trend. It’s about a huge need infusing itself into the way we eat, exercise, sleep, work, age, and almost every other aspect of our lives.

EnviroShark Plan

At Wellness Shark, we aim to ensure the future of our planet, which is why part of every purchase made goes towards the EnviroShark Plan.  Nature was here long before we were, so let’s ensure that it’s still around in years to come.

There are two things in life we at Wellness Shark are totally passionate about, the environment, and our health.  

Our health is one of the most important things in life.  You’d invest in a new car when your current one fails the MOT one too many times, but you can’t buy a new you; so investment in your health and fitness is key.  It can be as simple as taking some time out for yourself to de-stress and unwind, or a big as training for a major event.

Wellness Shark was created to accommodate all health and fitness needs of the individual (no cookie cutter services here!) whilst giving as much back to the environment as possible, which is why a portion of all profits go into the EnviroShark Plan which we also set up.  The EnviroShark Plan is a way of preserving the environment as much as possible by planting trees and bee-friendly flowers, cleaning oceans and waterways, and funding small projects like litter picking.  It is something we are very proud of.

So whether your health and fitness goal is big or small, we have something that’s just right for you and your budget.

I discovered Beachbody 18months ago and haven't looked back - no more gym for me! I love the variety and quality of all the workouts. From beginner to fitness guru, there is something for everyone. My husband and I workout together, early in the morning and we’ve tried loads of the Beachbody programmes. I'm 45 and what's important to me now in my fitness journey is poles apart to what was important 20years ago. Now I want strength and flexibility as well as cardio endurance. Whenever we don’t know what programme to do next we turn to Laura who’s a walking Beachbody encyclopaedia and has tons of great encouragement and knowledge to share. I have more abs than my teenagers these days AND I can do military push ups for the first time in my life!!

I started with Core de Force, which I think I started on quite a tough program was amazing though loved it. I finished it now & am on #mbf which I do find easier but its also more weight based - I do love the team on the zoom on there it cheers me up to see other people even though its recorded it trixks my mind to thinking im being social at the same time 😁 I've decided each new program I'll chop an change from cardio to weight based so I stay toned as it's made a massive difference to my figure & I now have to go shopping again because my 10 size jeans no longer fit 😆 which has not happened in about 10 years or more.

I just thought I'd let you know, I did my own little sprint distance tri last Thursday from Gillingham pool, I wanted to thank you for the lesson as your tips really helped me focus on the swim bit. It wasn't quick, total time 2:36 but that's quicker than I'd thought it would take me and a benchmark for another one. So a huge thank you
